Deep muscle massage is a form of physical therapy. A variety of strokes -- kneading, deep pressure and friction -- relieve muscle tension and encourage full relaxation.

Lomi-Lomi massage stimulates free energy flow by releasing stress and tension. This massage is based on the ancient Hawaiian philosophy that ideas and beliefs block energy, as much as muscle tension does. Lomi-Lomi promotes complete physical, emotional and spiritual healing.
